Patricia Summers – Lightning

Installation design by Patricia Summers.

Fibre Optic cables suspended in the shape of lightning, illuminated by a projector displaying content, manipulated by visual programming techniques. Accompanied by an articulated sound design implementation.

Installation design by Clare Milledge.

Created for rīvus exhibition at Biennale of Sydney 2022. Multichannel sound activation using tide data to influence audio file playback, including timed audio features.

Multi-media composition created using Capitol Theatre’s assignable LED architecture for MESS: Through The Roof live show, as part of Melbourne Music Week in 2022.

Inner Ghost

Re-created sound and score, 2021

Created for the Sound Design specialisation as part of RMIT’s Bachelor of Design (Digital Media) program in 2021. Animation was provided with sound track muted, with the task of creating a new sound design and musical composition.
